The position is based onsite at the NIEHS CRU in Research Triangle Park, NC and is part of a SSS team that staffs and manages the NIEHS Clinical Research Unit.    The clinical research studies at the NIEHS can be quite diverse.  Studies may include translating basic laboratory findings to humans, studying the interactions between genetic susceptibility and environmental factors in the pathogenesis of disease and identifying populations at risk to develop novel preventative and therapeutic strategies to combat human diseases.   **This role is part-time working 20 hours per week.  Can be flexible with up to 40 hours some weeks.**
