DLH is seeking an Agreements Coordinator to Support Principal Investigators with the day-to-day coordination of military medical research projects within the US Army’s Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). The Agreements Coordinator Officer will oversee established process and documentation workflow to develop and implement support various agreements for conducting medical research.


  • Draft all support agreement types (IAA, MOA, MOU, CRADA, MTA, SLA and TA’s) to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Document and track all reimbursable and non-reimbursable support agreements between DoD, commercial and academic partners.
  • Collaborate with DoD personnel and partner organization to define scope of work, period of performance, funding levels, information assurance and other requirements.
  • Provide agreement lifecycle status through initial draft, review, approval and signature level. 
  • Support government leadership and principal investigators in the areas of daily project tracking tasks.
  • Review medical research project documents in sufficient detail become familiar with all aspects of the project, particularly those factors that affect a project’s cost and schedule.
  • Maintain project files and electronic documentation based on monitoring activities during the planning, design, commencement, and operational phases of the research project.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific background and/or equivalent work experience required by contract labor category.
  • 2 years of progressively responsible experience required.
  • Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner.
  • Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software.

Security Clearance:

  • Existing IT/ADP III Public Trust clearance level and above or ability to obtain an IT/ADP III Public Trust.
