Diverse work environment that blends program and project operations management activities. Implement effective and efficient operational and compliance activities to deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Guidelines and client rules and regulations. Directs and/or contributes to one or more internal operations-focused projects, including development of policies, processes and procedures that align with best practice in project management. The candidate for this position will spend approximately 50% time on program- level research operations and 50% time leading or supporting project-level research programs and projects.
